Our Shipping Policy

• We strive to ship orders within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.
• Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

• If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We do not offer refunds on any product. However, you may be willing to return your item and exchange it for another item, or receive a store credit for the price of the item that you bought. See our official return and exchange policy below.

Returns

• You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Upon returning, please be in contact with us at info@dluvzboutique.com to let us know if you’d like to exchange the size of the item, or if you’d like to receive store credit for your return. We are happy to assist you with either!
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Exchanges

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will either exchange the item for you and mail it back or you will have an options for store credit.
• If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
